about
I feel like I have lived a life of inward discovery. Discoveries that are made from enduring, persevering, and asking myself hard questions. Facing difficult truths and making difficult choices. Learning to cope with failure and using that as guidance for growth.
My Notepad Wisdom project is about sharing these lessons in the belief that they will help you to discover yourself. I am not here to tell you what to do. I am here to help YOU tell you what to do.
I firmly believe that networking and sharing combined experience is a vital tool for growth, and have worked hard to be someone that provides assistance for your needs.

The Notepad Wisdom project takes my experiences and shapes them into mentoring sessions, talks, and long-term coaching for workplaces and schools.
I have worked for major global cooperations for over 2 decades, so I understand the positive steps needed to make cultural change.
I have worked with young people as part of school programs, youth outreach work, and in the martial arts field. This time spent learning how best to help the youth has enabled me to tailor my talks and mentoring projects to best suit the desired outcome.

Probably the toughest and the easiest testimonial I will write. Sanjay Jalporte understands what it means to be a human, it’s in every stride he takes, and every one of his actions. A thought leader in many subjects including mental health, hip hop, mixed martial arts, motivation, and psychology amongst many more.
True leaders listen first, they understand and then they apply their experience and knowledge to get the conversation going, Sanjay is the epitome of leadership. His intelligence captives his audiences and his humour make it comfortable for people to speak.
This is easy and hard for me because I cannot say enough about this brother, he inspires everyone around him, from friends to family, co-workers, and his students. In this day and age, it’s hard to find someone who isn’t afraid of having a tough and uncomfortable conversation, it’s a quality that is not easy to execute diplomatically, again Sanjay has the right approach and attitude to convert tough conversations into motivational outcomes.
I simply cannot say enough and would encourage you all to experience his energy via his podcasts, social profiles or just reaching out. One guy that is always ready to help. A brother, a father, a friend, a son, and a human first. Don’t ever stop my brother.”
